Earlier today, actor Park Si Hoo – currently facing a scandal that erupted over possible sexual assault – filed a request with the Gwangju Seobu Police to have the case transferred to the Gangnam Police.
Outlining their reasons for a transfer, his law firm stated, “According to the regulations behind the transfer of a prosecution case and its investigation, we have decided that this case, currently under investigation at the Gwangju Seobu Police Station, would be better served at the Gangnam Police Station. Today, we have filed paperwork asking for a transfer”.
However, according to the Gwangju Police, they have no intention of letting the case be transferred, a representative said. If the case does not transfer to Gangnam, which is looking more likely, the case will remain at Gwangju Seobu.
